Well, I mean, outside of needing to register the game/download it (which you have to download it from GoG to begin with), Steam really doesn't have any more DRM. It works just fine in offline mode, so once you get the game downloaded (which you need to do via GoG anyways) you never need to connect to the internet

I mean, I thought he did just fine in clarifying himself that he was focused on privacy as the core issue and not racism. But hey, we live in an internet where people can somehow find this offensive, so people will take offense at literally anything:

Yup, that's why I don't bother with Twitter. It's difficult to form any kind of complex, cohesive argument or thought with a simple 140 character limit.

Yeah boi, still have mine and it's still fully functional. Fantastic little game.

I'm talking about Sterling, not Josh.

This I can get behind. If they ever get the remote play with the Vita sorted so it reliably works outside the home, I'd totally pick this up. It's what I've been waiting for since the PS4 was announced with full remote play support for the Vita.

Did it years ago for unrelated stuff, was great and super helpful.

Yeah...I have issues with that in a major way. Especially the #killallmen bullshit that spawned from it and was apparently totally acceptable to a large portion of the feminists who were calling men sexist for the #notallmen bullshit.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to dismiss his racism or defend it. He's a racist fuck.

Yeah, you need to make a name for yourself when you're already working at a large developer on a AAA game and have a decent resume to back that up.

In this case, it does.

Yeah, I have a Twitter account...that I haven't touched in about a year. I think I tweeted like...twice then my general disgust with myself for creating one got too great so I stopped using it.

1. Twitter really isn't the place for important conversations specifically because of the 140 character limit. You can't have any meaningful discourse when you're limited to so few characters. There's absolutely something to be said for the strength of brevity in an argument, but not that brief.

Orange and blue. Orange and blue. ORANGE AND BLUE!

Seriously, kids are getting dumber/shitter by the generation, and parents are getting worse at doing their job.

So...1800's L4D?

Bullshots....bullshots everywhere.

Been looking at reviews around and it's disappointing to see that the general critical consensus is that he game is very mediocre. I was really looking forward to this being something interesting and good, but if the reviews are to be believed, it fails to hit that mark.

But...devaluing strong IP's by having deep discounts...

The isn't a "criticism" of the game. This is simply stating that "Hey, racist/sexist/whatever folks are racist/sexist/whatever and that plays out in every aspect of their life."
