Not the same since Phil died anyway
I was a big a fan of the show as anybody, but the death of Capt. Phil really should spell the end of the show. How many more episodes do we need of Sig and Edgar yelling at each other, the Harris brothers yelling at each other, Capt. Keith yelling at everyone, etc.?

So basically the writers decided to base a good deal of the episode on their worn copies of "Truly Tasteless Jokes"? They were one good Anne Frank or Polish joke away from making it a total flashback to 1983.

Kutner's death = FAIL
Talk about a swing and a miss. The writers have done a great job at keeping us at arm's length from all of the New Coke team, and so now we're supposed to care that one of them is dead? I was more upset when Susan Ross died on Seinfeld.

I picked a winner!
I bought Music From "The Elder" on CD, before I even had a CD player. At that time the album had been out of print for years, and was sort of my personal holy grail as a Kiss fan. I had read about it for so many years I just had to hear what all the fuss was about.

To be fair, Parks's contributions on this album are limited to the spoken word interludes. Is Tony Asher still around?
