Yeah, I've heard that. It definitely feels like a minor release but was, I think, intended to be. For what it is though, i love it. Just a collection of melodic and affecting dreamy pop songs, which I'm a sucker for. Of course, who wasn't hoping for another Halcyon Digest, or *gasp* Microcastle?
