Is the Arrow-verse League of Assassins actually an offshoot of Cirque Du Soleil? I mean, is every assassin ever going to enter fights via hanging ribbons?

I appreciate that…um…No one….And I don't expect my take to be popular, but it's the kind of thing where I want to like her, but it's just not clicking for me, and I want to understand the outpouring of love for the Canary and Caity Lotz.
That's fair, but there's no rule dictating that what fictional characters say about themselves has to be true. In Whedon shows, the characters are, more often than not, lying more to themselves than anyone else. It's disturbing, but Agent Sheetrock McNailgun may actually have layers.
Agent Flanksteak McRibeye
I think she's just lost a fair amount of weight since the start of season 2. It's pretty disconcerting, and I found myself thinking of Munch's "The Scream" during those flashback close-ups. She still looks good, if a little slack. She looked phenomenal during season one.
I'm still not sold on Sara Lance. I know she gets short shrift with lines like, "He taught me so much….I learned a lot," and, "Love is the most powerful emotion, so it's also the most dangerous," but I'm just not buying Lotz's acting. It's not particularly nuanced, the delivery's almost always stilted, and there…
Yeah, I'm curious. They could quickly go over the top by replacing the rest of his limbs and slapping on a metal faceplate, but I hope it unfolds over time, and they add pieces in response to battle-damage, with Mike becoming less and less human with each addition.
They identify Project Deathlok explicitly, so it may be just an indication of the program's existence. There have been three Deathloks in the Marvel Universe, the first of which came back from the post-apocalyptic future of 1990 (hey-o!), so Mike has plenty of time to become Deathlok entirely and start time-traveling,…
Okay, from the top:
The show actually took a moment to explain the fact that Quinn provided Cybertek with specs of the Night-Night gun, which resulted in their awesome time-coma grenades, so I wouldn't take their tech as an indication that the Clairvoyant works for S.H.I.E.L.D. I'm not saying they don't, but that would be the wrong clue…
I'd only heard her name before Almost Human, but I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt thus far because she simply hadn't had any material to work with yet.
Your logic is absolutely devastating, jpowers. Please drop in again when you have another delectable morsel of higher thought to share with the rest of the class.
Can't argue with that. I'm definitely hoping they get a full order this season and make it into season two, so if putting hot women in sexy outfits is what allows them to expand their universe, I'm very much onboard.
Yeah, no mention of Gina Carano in the review, which is weird, but I bet the author just has no clue who she is. The only reason I'm aware is because people made a big deal about her being an attractive female MMA fighter a few years back. She's had one or two lead roles in flat action movies, but otherwise?
Wait, wait, wait. What about "Staring Contest"?!
