problem is everyone knows exactly what he means, the real world is not nearly as colourful as a cartoon in general, very specific extream examples not withstanding.

think your being to harsh. Yes, many of the colours are much stronger in the cartoon, I mean, those are some really brown browns there. But it was also made for kids whos attention they needed to capture.

When I was younger I used to lean against my bed while I played on my floor model TV.  My cat would always curl up just behind my head on my bed and purr/snore.  Some of my favourite memories.

He should of run with it.  Everyone loves Pooh bear. Huggable, lovable, likes his honey.  Worth tons of money.
