I can’t wait to see what a letdown the new Supra will be.

Just this morning I mailed a letter to Ford to ask for this car. Please join me in this futile effort.

Draaaggggg himmmm.

Yes. When they removed Darth Vader’s mask, it a white actor, so even if she’d had an action figure of him, it wouldn’t have been James Earl Jones. Same reason Lupita Nyong’o and the dude who played Jar Jar Binks wasn’t pictured; I think the visual of the black actors was the significant part here.

“First, this is a Toyota Camry, mechanically.”

Perhaps, but it depends on which Subaru - which is why I recommended Megan to choose one wherever she feels she falls in the spectrum. I can guarantee a Baja (especially in that two tone yellow and silver) would stand out in a college parking lot even in Oregon.

Isuzu Vehicross?

I think the Honda Element is a great college car. Funky looking, reliable, surprisingly roomy, easy to clean interior, available AWD, available manual (good luck finding one though), can sleep in it (or other things). Unfortunately they have been out of production awhile but you can still find some with lower miles

“Megan is a full-time college student in Oregon”

Why not put on some Oregon Camouflage and blend in?

Tom has the best idea overall, but might I suggest:

One day when R34s are actually legal, we will look back and laugh at all the insane shit people had to do to own them. Or cry.

SUVs are not commuters. Buy a sedan.

I demand lengths be reported in cables or furlongs!

You’re just trying to trick us, clearly that is just a picture of a building, there is no car there!

Urban camo. Nothing disappears better than a beige Camry.

I applaud not only the effort, but the execution thus far, and the sheer quality of the idea. I’m very curious to see how this project turns out.

I mean, if they’re good enough for Chevy in 2017....
