Everybody play Sleeping Dogs immediately. The steam version is constantly on sale and has everything.

They should shut down the game, rethink it and re-release it when it’s actually ready, as Square-Enix did with FF XIV. At this point doing small improvements and actions will hurt more than help, especially with the userbase.
