T.I. is very concerned about his daughter’s hymen. He’s so concerned that he recently told a podcast that he goes to the gynecologist every year to have the doctor “check” her hymen.

That is absolutely just fucking gross. 

This is a seriously awesome take after reading an article which directly explains the harm caused by the performers real names being public. Although, apparently the deranged people that target them are not at fault, it is on them for choosing that profession in the first place.

This is classic TERF/transphobe tactics: find the most extreme possible example, get someone who is casually ok with trans folks to go along with it, and then try to portray them as agreeing with you. Hillary Clinton has actually worked to measurably improve trans lies, I’m willing to give her the benefit of the doubt…

He's a judge; he doesn't have the power to change laws, just interpret them. I don't think it's fair to criticize him for not doing something he has no power to do. Judges literally just "follow the law" all the time; that's their job!

I don't see any malice in this. He's trying to figure what the hell language means in the face of rapid change. It's a reasonable argument to make even if you disagree with it, and it might be the ONLY argument to make in light of the limits of the case before the judge.

I don’t think it’s fair to take away all of her agency at this point. It can be two things. He may have been a creepy dirtbag who absolutely groomed her but she still built a life with him, like it or not, and she’s allowed to feel her feelings.

To say “she thinks she was in love” is to take a supremely complicated…

Hillary Clinton’s sense of humor is amazing and legendary. Of course she brings up her emails, and your positing that the world has moved on from them is simply incorrect. Trump, Fox and co still bring them up all the time. And if you think we’re all going to refrain from “but her emails...” comments for every moment…

I know we’ve complained about this before but it’s very difficult to read these articles when you don’t describe the people left to right. ESPECIALLY because we’re all old as shit and don’t know who any of these people are.
