You can set it and the seat heaters to turn on with remote start or all starts.  Also, Ram’s and Wranglers have a physical button.

My wrangler automatically turns on the seat and wheel heaters if its below 40. 

In my Jeep JL it automatically comes on whenever its below 40 degrees. You can also change that in the settings.
