Let me tell you something. I’ve worked for two different dealerships, and I’ve worked in sales operations at a corporate level for a major automaker. If I found out that a dealer wasn’t allowing test drives on a car that cost the same as a base 3 Series, I would be absolutely livid.
I always hated the passive person on the lot complaining that they were not getting served. I like to be left alone and then I approach a sales person. I don’t need help, I know what I want and I am just looking at it in person as I already researched online or I am killing time and don’t feel like wasting yours.
