Sorry, read that article yesterday and I still have no sympathy. Mostly all poor excuses and false assumptions. I live in Canada, the great white north with lots pf snow and ice in winter so I can safely refute a lot of these claims:
1)geography is a poor excuse. I live in a geographical zone called the Canadian

PS: to all the snarky northerners with "snow driving skills" who "know what real snow is", know that your states would also be shut down if you did not have your normal amount of plows and salt trucks. This is about lack of support, not lack of skills.
