I've always had a soft spot for Zim, even when we were calling for his head in Boston. Rest in peace, buddy.

Oh do tell, how did those horrid women make him say racist things?
Why on earth is Siriano doing this? Ugh.
But again, Octavia Spencer has forged a good collaboration with Shoji. I think at the end of the day, McCarthy just doesn't care, which is fine - but it's silly to cry foul if you're not trying.
This is obviously just my personal feeling, but having her not only get pregnant, but with triplets (aside from the cutesy call back to the Will Arnett episode) just seemed like a big, "Why?" for me. Even if it wasn't her goal in life, that it *had* to happen kind of felt like a slap in the face to women who admired…
But that's not the reality of the industry. Look at Christina Hendricks - almost anytime she ventures away from Siriano, she's a mess.
Everything about last season was just disgraceful. Ken, the Russian dude and Unicorn Guy were clearly mentally unwell and should never have been on-camera. The tatted-up chick was borderline batshit. I was rooting for Alex, simply because she seemed so emotionless in contrast to the nuts all around her.
No joke - did you hear that Ken "Iron Jorts" Laurence is up for consideration to be brought back to season thirteen? That guy was bloody bananas. I really think I'm finally done with that show.
Seriously. Those two (Angela and Neck Tattoo) really deserved one another.
The designer who wins the "real woman" challenge always has the slimmest model.
Ugh, the "real woman" challenge. Probably the season where eventual winner Neck Tattoo made someone's mother cry.
I don't know; Oscar dresses are generally sample-size only, which is why actresses starve themselves to fit into them. But Octavia Spencer has developed a lovely partnership with Tadashi Shoji over the years, and there's really nothing preventing McCarthy from reaching out to him.
What's scary is how commonplace this is. For instance, even prior to HIPAA, best practices dictated that employers should keep separate files for anything involving an employee's health/medical leave.
Yeah, unfortunately, it is low priority and the assumption is that it will be handled at the employer level.
HIPAA prosecutions are rare.
I am not kidding, I was in shock when I saw she had replied to me on a Saturday afternoon. It really sticks with me to this day.
For what it is worth, Emily Yoffe can do no wrong in my eyes. She once answered an email I sent - I mean, like, within an hour or so - and without going into details, I can say without hyperbole, the woman saved my life.
Back when I was in prep school, we had a performance by an area opera company. I cannot say how on earth I sensed it, but the lead male singer gave me a look that just left no doubt he was going to try something. Mid-performance, he waded out into the audience, came up behind my seat and started rubbing my shoulders.
"What is happening to her face?"
I'm not a huge fan of this "test" for movies, and yet I'd love to see something similar applied to television programs, to wit:
