Having watched the first few episodes of Daredevil, I am fully convinced they need to let DeKnight and/or Goddard just do everything for Marvel AND DC. Just my opinion...

Well he IS their chief creative advisor as I understand it, so I would at least expect his name to pop up in an executive producer capacity on some of these movies, much like how Jon Favreau's name still pops up on any movie with Tone Stark in it.
