His reasons for not killing everyone after he took Barry's speed have been weak.

Manu Bennett's Deathstroke was so well developed, he still is the best villian ever of the arrowverse.

Well it was done in the second season as well :-P. I'm not complaining tho, if they are going to take some stuff from arrow they might as well take it from the best season.

Even though we all knew he was going to die I think they did a good job with the scene. Taking him back to his old house and Henry last words were very touching.
