You don’t need to justify your boring cars to me. If boring is what you like, go for it!

Don’t you drive a Volvo? And you're calling Toyota boring. Lol.
It’s my identity while pooping. But I have IBS so that's fairly often.
Keep producing the same poorly assembled cars and they'll be the BlackBerry of EVs.
Consumer Reports and JD Power.
Yes. Because the point is not to select good drivers. The point is to select low risk environments, where FSD will be less likely to be called on to handle a situation it can’t yet.
It’s like the ultimate in ironic hypermiling. You drive as smoothly as possible with no consideration for the drivers around you, but you don’t actually do it to go anywhere therefore making it an even bigger waste of resources.
This is like the electrified version of rolling coal.
Everyone else rated it fucking ugly though?
Good thing level 3 doesn’t exist. Not subscribing to it will save folks a lot of money.
“Now that SFH zoning has been effectively eliminated in CA as of last month, iirc, probably will see a housing construction boom out there so their population and gdp will continue to be far greater than TX.”
Still wondering if the California govt boneheads ever lift their heads and look around. Too busy fighting recalls, I guess.

And that’s what lets me keep it up. Intellectually I know that the risks of what I do…
But that’s not really the point. There are some things that we do that greatly increase the chance of us dying. And for a lot of people those things are fun, and entirely discretionary. For myself, it’s diving. For this poor guy it was racing. For others it might be wing-suit skydiving or rock climbing. Sure the odds…
There are specific locking mounts that will keep the phone secure available, there are a ton of ways to secure a phone. A track of this size can not have flagmen at every corner. The goal here is to reduce the chance of death. If you have a decent helmet and decent face shield there is little chance of a flying phone…
I don’t race. But I do have other ‘high-risk’ hobbies and activities, and, partly because of my over-active imagination, these kinds of stories always make me take stock of things in an entirely too vivid way.
Still always the answer
No it did not.
What walls? Tesla is just going to set up a bunch of tents.
