That sounds like and HDMI handshaking issue.... What make is your TV? You should try it on another TV and see if the issue continues. 

It should be noted that when resetting only your settings are cleared. All your apps and games remain... And then as soon as you sign in most of your settings are restored.

Both the original and sequel are on Xbox Game Pass..... So you may not need a console to play it as it’s available to play via cloud gaming. if you got a phone or tablet (iOS or Android) or a web browser and controller (if touch controls not present).

Sony is barely trying. If you own a ps4... 95% of that PS+ Collection on PS5 was already given away as PS+ titles (I think 100% now that Days Gone was offered a couple months ago). Sony’s desire to not support BC holds the service back with streaming only of pre-PS4 titles.
