I doesn’t compete anywhere but price meaning it’s priced too high. My point was the X7 offers more in general than a somewhat fancy Tahoe ever will. Interior quality, drive train, Dynamics (neither are a sports car but the X7 handles better seeing how I’ve driven both extensively). Loyal customer to American brands

Engine is solid, electronics not so much

Escalades are nowhere near as nice or even worth $60k imo. The X7 M50i will do 60 in under 4.4s where else can you find that sort of ridiculous straight line performance (SUV) outside an AMG... Keep in mind Alpina is making an XB7 that's going to be a monster and I can't wait to see them! Your Escalade buyer isn't the

X5 with DHP has no body roll, but you need the 50i/M50i to get it for the record. Speaking from experience here

Thank you, clearly people here don't know the difference yet call themselves jalops

Because people who buy these don’t want a KIA not care about saving money. I drive a loaded X5 50i (G05) to the tune of $102k and it’s definitely a grand tourer but with active away bars it handles like no one’s business. Yes, it’s an SUV, but it think it’s a sporty sedan. A properly equiped X7 with DHP (active away

Don’t you mean M3/4 CS? My local dealer has one that’s been there for almost a year. I’m going to wait and see if they will take $50k for it due to depreciation :D

I mean, at least they tried right?

I actually see A LOT of X5/X6 GLC/GLE Coupes where I live in Texas for some reason ... I wish Alpina would offer more models here because we all know their versions are better for most people

I'm very tempted to buy one now, long roof, V8, sexy design except that interior infotainment system is awful  per my time in a Q8

Ford also over states their power generally unlike BMW who does the opposite so it's likely lower

I agree, I love Alpinas and might just get a B7 or XB7 d soit having 0 kids simply for th comfort. I have a G05 X5 50i currently fully optioned and while the Panamera is nice the X5 is nicer. I was shocked at how well it handles for a 5300lbs SUV, hell it handles like a sedan! For what car? The B5? I haven’t seen any

BMW engine break in is 1000-1200 miles

Apina Green is my favorite BMW color bar none it's so underrated. I've seen 2 in that color ever. I want any Alpina (even a B7 or the upcoming XB7) just to get that color and their comfort + mode for relaxing

Im not trolling at all, I don't like the Vette it's ugly.

I kill for an Alpina Green B5 long roof here

Pretty much

Except they're very real today. I've been in the new Silverado/Sierra, C7 and other models from GM. None are of the quality even Ford has and they're not exactly top notch. German cars still offer superior build quality, fit and finish etc. They may not be the most reliable long term but they're much much nicer

And it's also not made of plastic inside + is much better imo. I don't like American cars due to their poor build quality, questionable design (especially Chevy lately) and ancient pushrod engines. Yes I know they have some advantages but I'm not a fan
