@thenail: What is "Old Software"? Fact of the matter is if you don't want a phone with 2.2, just don't buy it. You can't just say the latest software is generally just "better" that doesn't make any sense. If you can't point out specific functionality that you want or need then what are you complaining about?

@bounjies: ...Gingerbread was just released. These phones have been on production forever. I doubt any new phones would come with 2.3 installed in until 2nd Half. Or at least the 2nd Quarter
