‘Karen’ is a racial slur because it’s overwhelmingly white people acting like fools? If there were more POC demanding to see the manager, would that make it more of a “race-neutral” insult?

Exactly my point. Person A points out the flaws with System A, and then Person B comes along to point out that System B also has flaws - doing nothing to invite analysis of Person A’s comment, and only sowing division.

Try to keep in mind that not every member of the union needs that $10 and would be happy to leave it in the fund for those that do.
