@Livingtarget: Is a JUKE BOX HERO...: It's not a firmware update to a hacked machine. It's a user level exploit, meaning no flash on the firmware is touched. It runs at the same permissions a PS1 game would, if not less.

@bakagaijin: PSP doesn't work like that, sadly. The game isn't borked, as it loads without the exploit. And you can't factory reset the thing to the original firmware sadly.

This confirms that Capcom is okay and going ahead with selling an unfinished game. The game has MONTHS to come out and they're already scrapping characters for DLC.
