Yes, agreed. But how about maybe, just maybe, don’t recommend against something that fits the OP’s post exactly, that you have had no experience with because you’ve heard that something is loud? Everything is going to feel loud to a journalist that is accustomed to a Lexus/non-AMG benz/etc.

I have owned two of three generations of Fit sold in the US (1st and 2nd gen specifically).

Based on the positive responses from every passenger I’ve ever had in the car, I suspect most people have higher tolerances than the way these things are talked about in these comment sections. 

I’m happy to hear that, it just conflicts with everything else I’ve heard about them lol. Hopefully your car continues to treat you well! (This is sincere, I want to make that clear)

Are we really going to compare Fiat reliability to Honda reliability?

Not to single you out, but a ton of these suggestions seem to be throwing reliability out the window (ten year old Hyundais, ford hybrids, etc.)
