What is wrong with FWD in a family sedan?
Everyone is miserable except for the guy cheering on the racist failson. Gotcha.
Also, you’re taking the kid at his word. LOL.
1) Source for that claim?
2) He wasn’t a kid. He was 20. Max Verstappen never intentionally crashed someone, called them racist names, texted while behind the wheel of a racecar, etc. Fabio Quarteraro has done no such thing. Seb Vettel did no such thing. Lebron James did not have scandals like this.
The kid is racist…
Supporting Trump = supporting racism.
Cool, you’re complicit with a racist.

Like all good VC boomers, forbes guy likes to take something that is great and destroy it.
This is the most late aughts car I can imagine. It has very certainly aged.
2003 Brazil (when Jordan won) was such a CRAZY race. IIRC I think Kimi actually wound up on the top step of the podium there was so much confusion?
2009 was weird in general.
Pastor drove a BEAUTIFUL race that day.
Also the car that should’ve won the race was forced to the back of the grid after qualifying on pole.
I don’t want people buying bigger cars than they need.
Bigger cars = more mass = more damage to me in an accident.
Bigger cars = worse sightlines for people in smaller cars = accidents more likely
Bigger cars = worse fuel economy = More CO2 emissions/gas use = worsened climate crisis
Dude driving in snow is not hard. You don’t need a bunch of ground clearance.
I live in one of the snowiest ‘major’ US cities and my folks live way out in the sticks an hour away from it. Until the last couple of years my winter transportation was a lowered economy car on all-seasons and I was never once limited by…
Probably as well as my Honda Fit on Blizzaks, which is to say quite well.
Drive correctly & plan ahead, AWD is for those without those abilities.
A base model CX3 is $22,000.
That’s near Civic Si territory.
CUV are overpriced, drive like crap, look supremely dorky and make no sense.
Boomers not understanding subtext? Never.
The Mazda6 is just as boring as a Camry, but less reliable, less well built and less spacious.
I test drove a Mazda6 with 6MT last year when I was considering replacing my daily. It was nothing to write home about. The transmission was bleh at best, the steering felt like every other family sedan, etc.
As for you rant…
I think you mean Corolla hatch but I totally agree. Toyota actually has a really strong line up right now for those paying attention.
I’d rather drive a Camry than any crossover or SUV ever made that isn’t a Suzuki Samurai.
If a car isn’t going to be fun, it should quiet, comfortable, fuel efficient and reliable. Things a Camry is better at being than pretty much everything else ever built.
