I’ve been a vegetarian for years.

I do not hate meat at all. I just want to shrink my carbon footprint. Going vegetarian (among other changes) plays a part in that.

Impossible burgers are great. They satisfy a craving and are getting easier & easier to get. 

I flew into/out of LGA a couple months ago. My flight home was delayed by six hours, but that was the fault of the plane that was scheduled to take me home taking off from its previous airport late, nothing LGA could control.
