Your car ‘needing’ bigger brakes is a consequence of it being too big.
Your car ‘needing’ bigger brakes is a consequence of it being too big.
Did you not watch F1 in the last refueling era? Have you seriously watched the last few races and decided, “I need the cars to be more spread out & on even more various strategies so the cars that are bound to be first and second at the end never share anything approaching the same real estate?”
F1 does not need…
So you can have an opinion but no one else can? Typical carnivore turd. Surprised you managed to not call vegetarians/vegans cucks or soyboys, good job, I’m sure you such a Proud Boy.
Yeesh. That is supremely creepy.
Liberal as they come and yet you can’t let people making their own decisions live their lives? Keep lying to yourself.
Look at what big oil companies have invested in. It isn't just lobbying and spreading lies about climate change. They're trying to stay fat & rich now and in the future.
Because you'd rather lick the boots of billionaires and fascists.
Big oil is doing a better job of hedging their bets than Ford is.
Wow.
There will be social consequences to you affecting other people’s livelihoods through your own lack of moral backbone. That you & your friends cannot grasp that is prove of how ignorant you are. I can’t even pity someone like you.
Ford is huge.
Ford is not doing nearly enough to prepare itself for the post-ICE world.
Will they be able to pull some trickery the next time the economy implodes and they’re left with another garbage lineup absolutely zero people want to buy from?
Yet***
VERY much agree.
I do my research beforehand & tires are the one topic I want family & friends to always come to me for advice on before purchase.
General G-Max AS05 on my daily during the summer, Blizzaks in the winter.
Bridgestone S007A on my fun car.
The right tires make a car.
What tires is that Miata running, a Maxxis semi slick in 245/40/15?
That’s a lower profile than most new cars run. That’s the same profile sidewall I run on my modified S2000 (though mine are 17", 245/40/17).
Just because a wheel is small does not mean its sidewalls are tall. Those are low profile tires AND they have an…
Ugh. Yeah man, I trusted the enthusiast previous owner of the sports car who regularly autocrossed it, road tripped it across country and had otherwise taken immaculate care of the care (and never skimped on tires based on the two sets of spare wheels he included also with very high end tires).
Exactly the same as…
The brakes are so big because the cars are so big & heavy. An ND Miata does not need brakes big enough to justify 17" wheels.
So because your friends were met with consequences for acting against their own best interests (And against the best interests of others)......you hate people who act in the best interests of themselves AND others?
I know. I've owned 25 sets of aftermarket wheels in the last decade lol, I'm saying cars are designed around larger wheels, I know I can put a 14x6 with a 185/70/14 on my car...but I also know it'll look awful.
No, I'm saying the car's body lines minimize how small the WHEELS look, I know the tires are super tall but look at how much tire you actually see.
Oh sick time attack miatas are a super useful reference point for luxury sedans
The proportions on that car do a great job of making the wheels look in keeping with the rest of the car. The wheelwells, low hood/beltline, etc., none of that is seen in modern cars.
That’s a nice looking car.
