I'd love to see an article series or tag section called "The Lifehacker Diet" — Cheap, Healthy, Easy-to-prepare, Good meals, or at least a combination of some of those. It would probably actually be my #lifechanger.

Wait, what happened to Waze? It's an awesome iPhone app that does turn by turn navigation. Last time I checked, it was free & open source. I've been using it for a while and love it.

@Buster Friendly: Absolutely. Standard data recovery should be tried first, and the best chance of success is when the drive was warped due to heat, surge, etc.

@chrisrosa: Beg to differ. I had it work while at Circuit City. It was a last-ditch effort but it did work for long enough to get some data off.

Way back when I used to work at Circuit City, we were able to complete this with some success for a customer (I remember it coming up in Google's results and saying "...really?").

Another thing worth mentioning — by getting up earlier and leaving earlier, I avoid all the traffic during commute time. My 50-60 minute commute is now a 25 min commute, saving me around an hour each day that used to be killed just sitting in traffic.

I also re-arranged my schedule recently and went from waking at 7am to waking at 5:15 am. I not only getting more done but am feeling more energetic during the day, too.

This idea looks excellent, but is there any way to group those windows so that all the status would be shown in one icon upon mouseover?

Supplanting Google's review system in maps with Yelp would be a killer move, and then they already have mobile support on several platforms.
