COSMIC NERDGASM
COSMIC NERDGASM
Thanks Jesus! I tried to explain that on the other summer post yesterday. It's a global phenomenon, not just a northern thing alone. -from Buenos Aires.
Just tell me if I'll get a CF iPhone or not.
Just asked my wife: "Would you like me to record your dreams, so we can watch them in the morning". She replied: "mmm, I'm a bit afraid of doing that..."
This was done by a PC guy. It should be cmd, not enter.
On the western side, Africa, + South America, is almost the same as North America + Europe. Most of the people in Argentina can read English. And so on in Brasil, btw
I just wikipedied a bit a bout this fact. The 90% is mostly due to our Asian friends, who I assume don't understand English as Southern Americans do. On the western side of the ball, South and North have almost the same amount of population.
You have a very good point CapitanJack. Didn't know it was that extreme.
I understand that. But nerds are kinda scientist at heart. And scientists like to think globally.
Why is it better than titanium? At least for Mac laptops. For some reason, Jony Ive switched from Ti to Al. I know Ti needed to be painted cause of it's darker color, but is there another non aesthetic reason to it?
I was waiting all the video to see how it looked during day time and they cut it just there? Why?
The thing is "summer is over" just above the equator. Even if readers from the south part of the ball don't get affected by it, you could at least put: "Summer’s Over (on the northern side of the planet)". Of course there is a lot of coverage that doesn't catch my attention, like the carriers one. But in the end…
Kyle, do you understand that a ton of Giz readers live in the southern hemisphere? You sound like europeans before Cristoforo Colombo demonstrated some facts to them.
I'm in the exact same situation. My 3G is about to die. It's slow as hell, but a war hero. I hope the i5 will be as strong as the 3G/3GS.
I would replace Gmail with Gizmodo.com since sending emails can be related to productivity.
@snap_understeer_ftw: I correct myself now that I've checked with Google Earth. 1.8 km straight line.
@cragoo: yes. it's a VW GOL, a sub. Golf sold in Brasil and Argentina
I live 1 km away from that hotel. WOW!
@Nitesh: Yes. I kinda liked that.
@sarge5: European? and the rest of the world you old continent geek?
