One of the features, I've notices, about meeting fellow atheists and secularists (generally at atheist meetings) is that part of the conversation is like assessing the ground rules. "oh, you're an atheist" I'd say. "Well, I'm more of an agnostic humanist" they're reply. "Oh, cool. What does that mean to you?" I'd

Couldn't agree more. Don't know what's up with CJA these days. I tend to disagree with her positions, but at least I can see her whyfore and respect her for it. And she does make me think, and consider my positions. It's one of the reasons I continue to read, enjoy, and post on her articles. But, lately, she seems

The GSV Sleeper service.

o How did the spy from last week send communicate the coded message?

While there are strident Atheists who would go so far as to say there is no god, the mainstay of Atheism which I have encountered in the US and Europe stand at a position of no evidence for the god proposition, as such the likely outcome is that there is no god. But, they/we don't know. This is the fucking point.

I was thinking the same thing... Well, not exactly the same thing... but close! :D

Yeah, he cheated. I have no problem with that (well, I do, but not in this case).

Oh Lord, now you're just trolling us. Five of the ten are (admittedly) not series finales. [One could also add Buffy as it got a season 8 in comic form (for better or for worse)].

uh-uh... We can rebuild the ships out of those squishy colored cubes from the food replicators! :)

There is a shot of the Bat flying away, then a shot of Batman IN THE BAT looking longingly past the camera, then a shot of a FIVE SECOND countdown.

I like the moment in (I think Crisis on Infinite Earths) where (I think it was) Green Arrow shows up to investigate a murder scene and there's a postit note from Batman telling him that the scene's been evaluated and not to mess things up.

Not the Miniskirts....... KKKKKKKKHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNN!!!!!

I did read that some people were upset about the "cheat" at the end of Rises. (A hero he may be, but only John Sheridan can out run a thermonuclear blast. Plus, Batman's knees were shot all to hell - also, this is Chris Nolan. He cheats.) And that some had speculated that Snyder's more gritty Man of Steel could have

Or that the unstoppable force of terror has "detrained" the fleet, thus allowing them to segue into an Ayn Rand retrospectve.

Indeed, but you could detonate a fleet using a bomb. It's still clumsy, but less so. It's also the "unstoppable force of terror" detonating the fleet. Curious.

"they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis."

Hook woke Aurora up... after taking her heart, he woke her up... every time Aurora goes to sleep, she went to the Fire room. Surely, she should have been there while Snow and Charming were having their intangible moment. Ahh, nevermind. This thing doesn't make sense.

Okeedokee, I was trying to cut to the heart of the matter, but if you like...

It is only tacitly connected through the narrator, who essentially tees off (and concludes) each piece which has it's own flavor, plot (variations on a theme, to be sure), minor and major characters, the central one of which has a different voice to others and largely do no reoccur (if at all). In the case of
