Given that Amazon and other online retailers sell new and used games — often at better prices and without scamming customers to buy into worthless loyalty programs or receive usurious unrequested GS credit cards — GS has long outlived its usefulness.

Agreed -- no Tesla, because of Elon, the lousy build quality, and the dreadful service...

This is just another reason why I haven’t yet popped for a PS5 — and won’t until: 1) the machine has been downsized, along with its price; 2) there is a decent back catalog of AAA titles selling for $30 or less.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Tesla REALLY needs to up their customer service if they hope to remain competitive in the EV marketplace. That begins with enabling customers to call the company and talk to customer service reps in real time.

It appears that by including the Tesla 3 on this list, CR overlooked the absolutely horrendous reputation for service Tesla is amassing... Worse than the Big 3, and that’s saying something!

Yes, if “Halloween Ends” is on this list, I would hate to see the films they left OFF this list...

If Tesla expects to grow at such a rapid pace, it needs to do something about its abysmal service. I invite ANYONE considering buying a Tesla to read the owner reviews at ConsumerAffairs.com.
