I've found another site stating that Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, Washington State and Wyoming are all states where you can right turn on a red arrow.

I'm fairly certain that depends on state law. I remember looking this up for the state of New Hampshire and finding that it is legal to turn on red lights or red arrows, as long as there is no sign stating otherwise.
Stopping at yield signs when there are adequate gaps in traffic. It causes some horrible traffic backups that go all the way onto the highways when people don't know how to merge off certain exit ramps in my city.
