The 260 is the recommended card for the game so, I'm banking on overheating. BFG have always been shotty cards in my experience. I've used Galaxy and EVGA cards since the 9800 GT and have never had problems with any of there cards. What case do you have and what kind of airflow/cooling do you have for it?
