True, but, those were like 3 to 6 characters in games with rosters of 2 to 3 dozen. Also, these characters emerged in the 80's so chances are even the casual gamer knows a couple of them.

People are throwing out great suggestions for characters in this type of game but the issue I'm seeing is most aren't well known. How did they incorporate Snake into SSB? Include weapons into his moveset. Really not that hard to conceive.

I will admit I pirated nearly all the games for my PC in high-school. However, if the game was bad, I promptly uninstalled it and deleted it (Why waste time playing a BAD game?).
