Someone actually expected it to swing? It's only a costume, all the work they had was to make a skin that fits in the character's model and that's all! Making it swing would require a lot more work!(but it would be interesting...)

@Mit: Yes we can! I've read that more than 500 units can be shown on screen at the same time, and as the videos have shown, you can command a lot of units at a time.(I guess something about 40 or more, if there's even a limit this time)
