Not really, since this sets the bar really damn low. They could add more stuff still without any good performance upgrades. If this even had a 20HP bump or something, then that would make me more excited for the higher trims.

As Aaron said, it varies. In Illinois you can swap your old plate on, or if you’re not trading in they already have premade metal plates to put right on. Here in Texas when I bought my new car recently, I couldn’t swap and they had to give me a temporary paper plate while my real plates were mailed to me.
