Yeah the digital dash is cool. The S/SE wheels are the ones I don’t like, and while I like leather but it can be a bit hot for Texas, and the tartan has grown on me. So it would be the Sport for me, just wish I could get it with a sunroof. Also, good to know I’ll fit easy as I’m 6'2.

What??? Jesus. I was thinking I’d get a Cobb if I get a GTI but hadn’t looked at the APR. I think the Cobb numbers are just high 200s (maybe just over 300 torque?) so that may be the move still since it’d be a lot quicker without being insane.

It is a refresh, being dubbed the MK7.5. Updated lights, upgraded infotainment, different wheels (that I still don’t really like).

Yeah I’d definitely see what I can do on a ‘17, especially since one of the big things for 18 was added power, but for some reason (damn you, VW) that’s Europe only. If only the brought a GTI (or R) wagon here...

Well that’s the only road in the state (therefore country) that has an 85. And there are definitely free alternatives that are a 65/70. I would take it all the time if I needed it, but also doesnt help that it’s expensive.

For me it was my 2007 Grand Cherokee. I thought it was cool, it hauled all the stuff I needed to for college, got me to and from there (4.5 hours) reliably and comfortably....except the sunroof that leaked, and could not fix without duct tape/sealant. And fuel economy, but that’s a given.
