Costata Romanesco yields the best squash blossoms, that’s virtually all I grow them for. I either dredge them in egg & flour and pan fry them or I stuff them with ricotta, herbs & corn and batter/deep fry them. So. Damn. Delicious...and it helps alleviate the overabundance of squash problem.

Nate & Jeremiah are even more about clout/pedigree than form. If it’s expensive, rare and/or antique/European, they’re all in. I do kind of love watching them though (Jeremiah is so pretty).
