Seriously, I don't think you want to rest your arms/hands on the tray, especially while you are eating.

I refused to call this kind of charging solution "wireless". The best I can tolerate is cordless (doesn't make it any more meaningful — I can tolerate it more just because it sounds like an older tech.)
You won't believe how many people are interested in this phone. I have many friends ask me opinion about that. When I brought up the issue of how big it is, none of them care. Apparently, they never put their current phones in their pocket. All of them carry bags, and all of them want something smaller than 7" (they…
Don't focus on the voice search — Google Now is not Siri and Google does not intend to clone Siri. It's a totally different type of personal assistant. Instead of making a software that only takes command, Google makes something that do things before you even ask.
I want to ask, what would happen if I am at the point where and when the portal is opened?
Seriously, reading articles from Gizmodo is like reading someone with split personalities. After reading http://gizmodo.com/5922043/you-cant-beat-the-ipad-just-by-losing-money and this article, people who know little about tablets will have a hard time deciding whether to buy a Nexus 7 or not.
That depends. I think higher ppi won't change that because you are more likely NOT zooming in. Just look at a photo print — it has relatively high dpi, but you often see less flaws because the physical size of details in the photo are still small.
If it sounds like snake oil, it is snake oil. Cooking spray is basically oil in a compressed air can. Because each "spray" is supposed to contain so little oil that the maker can label it as a "zero-calorie" product. Of course, in reality, some people spray multiple times, which totally make it no where near zero…
You can't blame these people — as long as there are people buying into the Siri commercials, there are people who can't understand the fundamental problem highlighted in that article, especially when the article did a poor in explaining what it was trying to compare.
>> It's probably the best mobile search ever seen—and sure beats the shirt off Siri—but what happens when that awe and lustre rubs off?
Folks, Microsoft is putting all its bet into this thing — they are not trying to win the tablet war. They are trying to redefine what a mobile PC is. Clearly, in their mind, a tablet is just a PC, and they are showing people how silly it is to think a tablet isn't one.
My Vizio LCD TV was on over 12 hours everyday for the last 5 years. Never have a problem with it. I got a 60" LG plasma in my bed room, it broke after I watched it for about 10 times — luckily it's under warranty. For the price I paid for my Vizio, I have no complaints about their products' quality.

It's not weird. As a Chinese, I can tell you first hand that many modern business/technical terms are difficult to be used in their official translation — meaning: no one uses the Chinese name. Really, no one. I bet the guy who came up with the translation forgot about it already. Still don't believe me? Try to find…

If you like the Gmail app, what you can try is to set up your non-gmail account to forward every e-mail to a new gmail account, then set up that gmail's reply-to address to your non-gmail address. I've been using such setup for 2 years and it works perfectly.
The question here is, do they pay to get those content providers on board. If yes, they have every right to charge us for it, and your blame should be re-routed to the content providers.
I expect the software to be free or just a couple bucks. But just like every other "cool" things on Xbox, you will probably need to be subscribed to Xbox Live.
Does anyone notice that hard drive these days die much faster than, say 10 years ago? I am an old guys from the 20Mb hard drive era. Back then, hard drives could last a decade. 4 years? But you are still luckier than I am. I bought a few Western Digital external drives. All of them began to give me troubles after a…
Assuming we hold every other factors constant, wouldn't that burn less calories in a given time period than a normal treadmill?
