I have no idea about the actual split of regular GOP voters, or if there even all regular GOP voters left. All I know is the internet has given the loudest and dumbest giant bullhorns to play with.

We have a serious problem when such fucking stupid morons manage to get elected into office. These people are on a whole nother’ level of batshit insanity.

It is coming to my attention that the justaposition of “woke” and “chemtrails” is not being appreciated by all readers.

At this point it’s 50/50. The GOP spent the last 30 years pivoting their platform to appeal to white trash, and now we’re starting to see the loudest, dumbest people starting to helm the party as a result.

Shit I thought Kotaku and AV comments were just a glitch. Sigh...

Comments are gone from Kotaku.

Phrasing like that implies there are good ones.

Huh. My experience with Vic owners is none like yours—pretty much old farts who recognize that the Ford gets the job done with no muss, no fuss.

My mom loves the stuff (or at least did when I was a kid) and would try to get me to like pimento cheese sandwiches. I absolutely hated it then and still do. I’m now over 50, have lived in southern states my whole life (except for a brief stint in Italy), and I have never met anyone who does like it. Gives me the

You know when you see a parent of a small child trying to feign interest in some random crap artwork, or weed that they think is a flower their well-meaning but ultimately misguided spawn brings to their attention?

my grandpa loved pimento cheese sandwiches, but then again he also loved head cheese

It was an unemployed homeless transgender athiest Muslim illegal immigrant homicidal rapist pedophile drug-lord kingpin from Mexico hired by George Soros, Barack Obama, and Bill Gates that was actually driving the boat.

These guys use Occam’s dull butter knife instead of razor to figure things out with. If there’s a 0.01% chance something caused an event they decide everything is that sliver not the 99.99% chance of reality known as “shit happens” when fallible humans or our creations are involved in any way.

Just disregard the force of 90k tons bumping into, well, pretty much anything.

It’s no coincidence, then, that so many ultra-religious folks are susceptible to conspiracy theories. My mom thinks God cares about/weighs in on the mundane decisions in her life (should she choose this retirement home or that retirement home? better pray on it) because it’s easier than relying on her own judgment and

Every single conspiracy wacko I have ever met has been incapable of handling uncertainty, chance, bad luck, chaos and randomness. They are such control freaks that they cannot handle that bad shit just happens. Effing small minded cowards.

As I was staring out at the bridge collapse from my office in the Inner Harbor this morning I was wondering how long it would take the Right wing morons at Fox and elsewhere to blame this on one of their hobby horses. Didn’t take long.

Too much commentariat yelling after the latest IEC quit and editors were directed to pivot to producing mostly guides.
