isn't the success of the apple Watch still a good thing for samsung, lg, and moto anyways? if the apple Watch takes off like the iphone or ipad did, it will cement the whole concept of the smart watch as a relevant device.

actually, the spinning mitigates the experience and tones it WAAAAAAY down. the beyond 90degree drop would be a much worse negative g dive if the spinning didn't keep you basically upright.
