it happens with my browser and notepad but not my media player or my download manager

i have TV as my second screen. when i move items over to it, they get magnified greatly and stay that way until i move them back to my primary screen.

is there a way to disable this?

i go on a vacation every year to see my daughters for a week. i book a room in the marriott or hyatt, whichever has the best deal at the time.... and i just relax and hang out with them and munch on room service.
