Did you ask your co-worker to write down your instructions as you go through the process with her? That way she can’t say even if she missed a part it’s on her but then all she’s going to do is say she lost the instructions the next time she bug you about it.

I’ve pretty switched over Linux Mint a couple years ago after installing Win10 & it keep breaking my software. Most of the stuff I could do on the web or there was an equivalent software on Mint.
I would just switch over to Linux Mint instead if it has slowed down that much unless you have a software that only works on MS.
Not so much. I believe they just collect all the information from your system i.e., what you install, where you are, what websites you go to, etc. Basically, an OS that’s a big ol’ spyware.
