Well I haven't exactly bought anything from Ubisoft lately anyway since they haven't released anything I'm remotely interested in.

As a PC gamer, Ubisoft's online services have been so bad to where I only buy their games on consoles now.
Yeah the whales
The GameStop right around the corner from my house shut down recently and it's getting replaced with a Game Exchange soon. I think inventory was a large issue at the location; I think there was a single time where I went to it and was actually able to get a game I was looking for, despite the website always saying the…
Except they will recoup the financial cost from game sales. This gets more people on Steam to buy games on Steam
I don’t tend to re-buy games on Switch that I already own on PC, but with cross-save I might bite with this. This is also the type of game that translates incredibly well to the Switch.
It’s really nice to hear that Insomniac is including 60fps modes in their future titles. I remember the quote from Insomniac years ago saying that they wouldn’t make games at 60fps anymore.
But will his head have the word ‘Damaged’ on it?
I was thinking the same thing. Both my TV’s are Roku TV’s, and I use HBO GO since Max isn’t on it yet. (Even though I do have access to Max on my phone and computers)
Here are my thoughts with the service so far:
This is a prime example of the sunk cost fallacy. EA put so much money into Anthem that they believe that they have to put even more money into it to make to succeed after its initial failure.
I’m enjoying Gears Tactics, but since I got Cole Train for installing the game at launch through Xbox Game Pass on PC, I don’t have much reason to use characters that aren’t those main 4 unless a mission doesn’t allow me to use all of them at once.
I decided to give Minecraft a go for the first time since 2012. I’m surprised with how different the game feels with how much content they’ve added since then. I’m enjoying it quite a bit. I’ve mainly been building a mine cart highway so that I can easily travel between villages and biomes easily.
If you’re fine with Emulation, Burnout 3 and Revenge run pretty well on a PS2 emulator. If your PC still has a DVD drive, you can easily dump your PS2 games into ISO images for the emulator without having to resort to downloading ROMS.
Stop pre-ordering video games.

While this isn’t going to make a difference to the majority of PS4 owners, this will be a big deal when the PS4 eventually gets emulated on PC’s.
For mobile gadgets, I highly recommend getting a charging stand. With it, I’m able to charge my phone, tablet, portable battery, earbuds, and Nintendo Switch without having to use separate power outlets for each. Then if it isn’t included with the charging stand, order some shorter USB cables for it, preferably 6-inch…
So not only are they risking peoples’ lives by opening up a business back up that is by no means essential, but they’re going to reduce pay / work time while doing so.
I understand that the NUC series was always intended for a Niche audience, but even still this price seems excessive. This kit sells for $1000 - $1640 depending if you want an i5, i7, or i9 variant. Then you still need a GPU, Ram, and storage.
