It was getting enough help for it to be working. The truck didn’t get stuck because it had NO traction. It got stuck because it needed just a TINY bit more traction than it had available. The Tesla spinning its wheels was able to provide that tiny bit of extra forward force needed to keep the truck moving. This is no

It’d be more impressive to see a Model 3 roll off the assembly line on time.

Like most rebates, you’ll need to clip the UPC symbol from the original packaging, include the one and only original receipt which they will claim was not provided and then you will need to wait 8-10 weeks for processing (so that the interest on all the extra money can pay for the rebate)

Surge pricing is tied to demand.

In their defense, one way to get me to think that Genesis is actual luxury, is by not letting Hyundai dealers run the dealerships. So good on them for pushing back there.

The rabbit probably has better self preservation skills than the dummy in the video.

My negativity did invite the responses, which I accept and have done my best to respond to in a measured fashion. Negativity, however, does not equate to trolling.

Neither. I believe that logic tempers emotion and emotion weights logic. I may be angry about someone cutting me off in traffic, but that is tempered by the fact that acting upon that emotion would be detrimental to all involved and that the real impact of being cut off is, at most, a minute of delay. Likewise, as

Your logic is sound, I just tend to romanticize/inject emotion into such things whereas you are clearly operating from a more logical viewpoint. I was mostly being dramatic, but from what I know about rabbits, I do think the rabbit probably held some sort of appreciation, in whatever capability a rabbit can.

Thank you! Too many people are lionizing this person’s laudable-but-not-much-more act, but the reality is that the rabbit had a pretty good chance of being fine on it’s own had it not been cornered by some human.

Missed opportunity for a great headline. “Hero on Side Of The Woad Saves Wild Wabbit Fwom Waging Wildfiow”

The Rabbit had a safe path from the fire. It wasn’t trapped at all. If anything he endangered the rabbit by cornering it, so that it might have darted into the fire, or traffic.

You’d have to think Rabbits are the dumbest animals in the world (we are talking “moth to the flame”, levels of stupid. to think this guy

Most of them are. Unfortunately, some of us become relevant in the grand scheme of thing (Trump). Fortunately, some of us become relevant in the grand scheme of thing (Mother Teresa). A rabbit is highly unlikely to become relevant.

If disagreement due to differing values is trolling, then sure. I laid out my reasoning for disagreement based upon my opinion in what I thought was a fairly logical argument and tried to disclosed my general assumptions. This is my legitimate opinion (which it appears some people agree with). If you disagree with it,

Saving a wild (unendangered) animal from a wildfire hardly makes someone a hero. Animal lover? Sure. Cool guy? Maybe. Hero? No. Irrelevant in the grand scheme of things? Yes. Animals die from all kinds of stuff in the wild and rabbits are more than capable of replacing their population, there’s a phrase about that

Nah.

solid plan! rabbit is delish. AND that’s very cali of him to be so eco friendly and use an existing fire to cook with.

I assume you haven’t seen the rest of the video.

“My heart is still in the process of growing three times its normal size...”

My parents always told me “If everybody else is jumping off the bridge, does that mean you should too?”... same applies here.
