It depends on your tolerance. 150mg does me just fine. I even eat 350mg bars, and I never have any problems. It just depends on the person how much is “a lot.”

As a person with depression myself, I’d rather exchange my medication for weed. But as with anything, some people like it, some don’t, so you can’t universally say it’s better. It’s like with alcohol, some like being drunk, some don’t. Except that weed doesn’t make you agressive. Also, how the hell did that guy manage…

I have clinical depression (without suicidal features) and GAD. Weed used to make me very anxious and paranoid, but now it really just makes me introspective and nostalgic. It helps my depression immensely, way more than my celexa ever did.

My experience is exactly opposite, which is why I believe you; this shit is powerful medication.. as a medication. It also reacts almost idiosyncratically with mental illness. It seems to have a different effect on average recreational users.
