again, I think that’s absurd. of course I want my kid to have audio and visual backup to them checking their blind spots. of course I want my kid to have braking that could end up preventing an accident.  to willingly choose to not give your kid these kind of backups is just silly.

i mean best of luck to your kid, but hard disagree. 16-17 year olds have double the rate of accidents than any other age group, have the highest injury rate, and are basically tied with the elderly for highest fatality rate. telling your kid “hey I could protect you more but you need to learn the hard way” is not good…

Joe Manchin’s vote got the biggest climate impact bill passed in decades.  We may want more out of him, but without him we’d be nowhere close to where the IRA will put us.
