Those were gorgeous scenes! I absolutely love the title cards of this show. They would all make for amazing posters. And this show definitely has my favorite cinematography for any sitcom.
I know it's been mentioned before, but this show can be at it's best when showing a character on their own. If they show Miller on his way out west it would combine the pacing of the first half of season 2 and the goofy antics of the pilot.
