Andrews is not in the right, the hotel never gave out her room number.
Good point. Maybe she should sue gawker media, but she'd have to get in line behind Hulk.
If Marriott thought they couldn't win the lawsuit, they would have settle.
How is Marriott at fault?
Maybe she should sue the perp?
The double standard inspires awe.
He sawed off the peephole, replaced the plug, then removed the plug to video. But I am trying to figure out how you pull a peephole plug toward you from the hallway. It seems there would be a flange on the inside preventing this.
They didn’t release it, he stole it.
Actually I found out it was the room service phone in the back area ofmthenhotel restaurant.
The guy went back into the hotel restaurant, accessed the room order phone, that is how he got the room number. He then went up to the floor, found a maid cleaning the room next to hers, then went down and requested that specific room.
The guy appropriated the concierge phone, called the switchboard, who would know it was concierge, asked to be connected to her room and got the room number off the digital display. He then requested the room next to it when checking in.
Okay, but none of that happened. He accessed a house phone, he mentions concierge, asked to be connected to her room phone, the room popped up on the digital display of the concierges phone. That’s how he got the room number. He then requested the room next to it, he never asked to be put next to her.
Huh?
Why are they culpable?
Agreed. Plus there is a lot of disinformation. The hotel didn’t give the perp the room number, he found out she was staying there (how?) went there, sat behind the concierge desk when the person took a break, used the concierge phone and asked to be connected to her room and the number showed up on that phone.…
I don't think the hotel should be held responsible.
A reasonable expectationof privacy in her room.
No, I think a couple rocks were thrown and the soldiers decided to enter the camp as a show of force or to get in a little what fer.
It's total bullshit. There is no way an Israeli soldier wouldn't know about the refugee camp or its roads, a refugee camp in existence since 1948.
