As for the lights issue, you start losing color 10-15 feet down. Most of the time this can be addressed using color correction filters. They actually work pretty good down to much deeper depths but they make the color look off since they are so saturated. Also, they remove light so you have to shoot at slower speeds.

My point is if they engineered it to go to say 120 feet, divers would buy it. The vast majority of sport dives are under 100 feet.

Also, 65 feet is kind of useless for divers. It's pretty much a snorkeling cam.
