My biggest issue with Ultimate Spider-man was the constant chase missions which could be somewhat frustrating especially after doing them over and over again. Otherwise it was fun.

It costs roughly 800 dollars to rent a PS4 from RentACenter, it's like 126 dollars for a four week rental which is minimum and $733 was the lowest possible price I could get for a security deposit.

I am not even remotely surprised. I thought this particular RPG series would be hard to translate into an MMO. I played WoD once with some friends and I felt insanely powerful for just starting out. World of Darkness really works better as a single player game like Vampire The Masquerade.
