It costs roughly 800 dollars to rent a PS4 from RentACenter, it's like 126 dollars for a four week rental which is minimum and $733 was the lowest possible price I could get for a security deposit.

I am not even remotely surprised. I thought this particular RPG series would be hard to translate into an MMO. I played WoD once with some friends and I felt insanely powerful for just starting out. World of Darkness really works better as a single player game like Vampire The Masquerade.

If it's all the same, I'll just wait for Massive Chalice instead. I'd rather get one Double Fine game kickstarter before I try to back a new one.
