Amazing... D.VA got a major buff and people were calling for her to be nerfed, but competitively it just brought her above F tier into D tier. It looks like as she got buffed, players just used more Winston and Zarya to counter her and moved on. I guess I should learn to Zarya.

D.VA can’t do anything while shielding, and her shield is much smaller than a true tank like Reinhardt. She’s pretty easy to get behind as well, her weapons do very little damage, and people are getting really savvy about dodging her ultimate.
